4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

7. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services and Content are provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific learning outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eselflearn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and revising the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.
